Individual Counseling

Individual therapy is a one-on-one interaction that can help to provide a space for individuals to gain mental health support, identify therapy goals, process emotions and thoughts regarding a variety of mental health concerns. Mental health concerns can range from disorders such as depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress, obsessions and compulsions, bipolar disorders, dissociative disorders, or personality disorders, or can be concerns over self-esteem, relationships, grief and loss, learning to cope with stress, or concerns over emotions. Individual counseling can help with gaining greater self-awareness, enhancing relationnships, gain a greater sense of personal power and resiliency, and can help build a variety of skills such as communication, coping, and self-exploration.
